Trophy Ridge Drop Zone Set-up

Mine was set-up at archery shop & I do not have any instrictions for adjustments.
I would like to understand what moves what before making adjustments to the new rest.

My old bow had a Ripcord arrow rest and was easy to figure out.
The drop zone seems loud to me.
