So I have recently acquired my first AR, and started tryin my luck callin some coyotes today. Had no luck, but this was the first of many!! So, my question is, what do you do with the coyotes after you shoot them?! Do you eat them? Just take the hide? Leave them there?? Just curious what ya'll do!!

Full winter prime hide I will definitely skin em and stretch em. Never tried to eat one. Ill just dump em or boil the skulls in the spring or summer. They will really put a hurt on the fawns and turkeys. -

I sale the fur unless I shoot one with mange.The mangy ones get left right where they fall.Comment

We hang em on the fence. Then in a couple months we go down where they were hanging and get the skulls. If it has a pretty enough coat on we will skin it first and then hang it on the fence.Comment

Interesting. Thanks for the input. I was just going to let them lay, unless the coat was nice then I would skin it. I like the idea of bleaching the skulls too! Thanks!!Comment

Drag them off after pics. We've been asked not to hang them on the fence due to wind direction most of the time and it blowing straight towards the landowners home.Comment
