DVR recorders without subscription

My wife and I have ditched cable and have a antenna and Netflix. We want to be able to record shows over the antenna with some sort of DVR recorder. Everything that I have found on the Internet requires a monthly service such as TiVo. Do any of you know of DVR recorder that does not require a monthly charge?
