Its where the serve up the catfish that got overcooked, the top came off the seasoning jar when sprinkling it on it, and they smother it with hot sauce to kill the taste of the above and then say "mmmmmmmhmmmmm dats some good fish...".. all the while, wondering how the hell their going to digest it...
