who else doesnt like shots?

I have to get my menigitis shot tomorrow not looking forward to it at all! Who knows any remedies to getting throught it?

i had a bad experience when i was a kid and dreaded em. then i ended up having numerous epidural injections, spinal tap, a blood patch and finally 2 back surgeries. shots are not a problem for me any more.....good luck.

I used to like to do a lot of shots! Tequila! But I hate the way I felt the next day.

I hate shots. I have to take allergy shots. Two shots a week and I start dreading the next week's shot as soon as I'm finished getting this week's shots.

When I was a kid and I was scared of shots, I started making them let me watch it go in. When I turned 10 they didn't bother me anymore.

Now it's stick away...just get it done and let me go on my way.

I don't hate them but I don't enjoy them...I just ask them not to warn me it's coming- I tense up and then it hurts more. Also, lots of deep breaths help. And DON"T WATCH

it would be a shorter list if you ased who liked shots!!

i never liked them,, then one day.......... about 15 years ago,, i had my first kidney stone,,, that will make you beg for needles... i know i sure did,, i would have taken a shot of nearly anything,, water, mustard, tequila, karo, drano,, i really didnt care when i saw that first needle coming in,,, i wanted it!!!!!!!!

Who knows any remedies to getting throught it?

sit down with a bunch of straight pins and start sticking them into your leg to prepare for it.

i think shots are interesting i guess. when my kiddos have started crying before they even get the needle, ive had the doc stab me with a shot of saline to show 'em it dont hurt.

I hate shots, but I can tolerate them now. When I was a kid, it took an army of nurses to hold me down to give me a shot. I cannot watch a nurse put a needle in me even now, I just have to turn away.

I dreaded shots for the longest time...then I got cancer and my body was used as a pin cushion for about a year. Now I get testosterone shots weekly and they don't bother me one bit. I guess the constant drawing of blood, etc just got me used to it.

Worst thing you can do is tense up!
