I have made and used predator calls for years, I would go with an open reed distress call with a closed tone channel. This way you can make sounds from high pitched to low pitched by sliding up and down the toneboard. With a little practice and changing the way you blow it you can make almost any type of distress. Add to that a talk with the local guides you should be able to cover the distress sounds he would recommend.

For those that asked, that is NOT me in the picture. That is just a random pic from online, I have no clue who it is. My hunt isnt until October, but that is a mid-asian Ibex and my target for the hunt. Many people combine this hunt with a Marco Polo Argali hunt but I never plan to spend that much for a hunt, so this is my next best thing.
The country we are headed to is Kyrgyzstan and I've been told its one of the most physically demanding hunts you can go on. All the hunting is 9000-14000ft and you spend 6 hrs a day on horseback and the rest is hiking/hunting at high altitude. Sleep on the moutain in pop-tents. I figure if there is a time to test my limit, its now... cause its been all downhill after 28 or so! It also forces you to get in shape or waste a bunch of money lolWell if you get one like the one in the pic, it'll be well worth the effort and $$. C'Ya
