Talked with my dad today playing our trip to the lease for turkey opener and he informed me that we will be going MLD next year. On top of that I got on a new duck lease 35 min from my house that is covered in hogs that hit my feeder 2hrs after I put it out. I even found a large bedding area with skeletons in it which I assume are from piglets but do not appear new born. I just wish my girlfriend could get as excited as me about the hunting opportunities abound.

Wish I could tell you what it stands for but basically from what I understand thus far we can rifle hunt October through feb(?)ish the state puts you on a management plan and issues for permits to be taken all through that period.Comment

Managed Land Deer permits. You dont have to use your tags on your license. The biologist will set your quota and give you tags from the state.Originally posted by Austin Kade View Post
