    So I assume you can order a new lense, I have noticed a couple of mine have holes pecked in them.

      Yes sir. Or you can send them in and get them fixed as well. Think they said they charged 20 to fix the lenses.

        Do you know if it is a fairly easy fix, would just as soon repair my self if it is, thank for the info.

          It’s pretty easy. First 2nd gen I did I didn’t pay attention and loosened the actual camera. Ruined the camera has it never focused again. Don’t do that and it’s a breeze.

          depending on who you speak to they may tell you they won’t sell the lens separately, they will.

            Yes sir it's a pretty easy fix and can do you it yourself.

              They have a FB page and reply very quickly to comments. Not good to hear the numbers not working. I have used it several times.

                Wind, limbs, and tall grass from spring growth. I had a little limb that grew right in the sensor path that set it off every time the wind blew.

                  This is the number I call- 218-282-5650. I have always had good luck calling them- one time the tech was on the phone with me for an hour working out a problem. I too have three of the originals and have really no problems with the cameras, my problems have been with the phone app and upgrading firmware.

                    If you can get the guy named Evan he will fix you up, good dude. I have had zero problems getting with them on the phone.
