Where better to go for health care than TBH? Ok don’t really need a diagnosis or advice more experience. Was moving a ref today, went to lift the base and as soon as I did felt a pop front side of my elbow in my forearm and felt it recoil back towards my wrist. So glad it went that way and was not my bicep. So I have either a muscle or tendon no longer attached at the elbow. How long before I’m back to normal?

If it completely detached you'll want to have it surgically re-attached within a week to 10 days if possible before atrophy sets in. If you forego surgery it will never heal. Find a good orthopedic in your area that specialized in arms. If your in the Houston area I highly recommend Dr. Dimachkieh with the Fondren Group.
