    What’s on Superbowl Sundays Menu

What you all cooking for the party. Keeping it low key and simple this year. Just me and wifey. Throw some wings on the grill maybe some dove wrapped in bacon along with some cold Brewski’s. That’s it

Smoking some wings, and then making pulled venison taquitos. Braised the venison roast on the smoker last week in salsa verde, taco seasoning, and beer. Pulled it and froze it. Just have to roll them and air fry them now

was gonna do a brisket but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle

My brother in law is hosting. He’s got a food truck coming and I’m ordering a cheesesteak based on the menu. Probably eat too much to help him meet the minimum charge. I’m make Rueben smoked cream cheese as an appetizer to take.

A coworker gave me some homemade ghost pepper pan sausage last week. I believe I'll get the smoker rolling and smoke some sausage balls for an anytime snack.

I’ve never tried it but sounds incredible. Board head deli corned beef gets great reviews and it’s what I’m going with. Not sure on the sauerkraut yet.

Zero. Taking a catering break and let everyone else worry about it. Not sure I'll even watch the game.

Redfish courtbouillon with a crab, shrimp and corn bisque as an appetizer. Still deciding on a side or two. Maybe a corn maque choux and French style green beans in an onion garlic saute.
