      Pulled my first spaghetti squash today. Got lots of tomatoes including some nice, big celebrity plus. Sliced with just some salt and pepper is fantastic!

                I usually eat them two ways. If I'm working in the garden, I'll pull them off the plant and just eat them. I'll save some to eat raw or with a dipping sauce or something.

                This is my favorite way though. I could eat my weight in these, cooked like this. It's been a crowd favorite at get-togethers.



                For a different twist on the flavor, use tallow or bacon grease instead of the olive oil in the video. Soy sauce or any other dipping sauce you like are good to dip them in too. The plants are so prolific, you can try lots of variations all growing season.
