We had a good trip in Matagorda today. 3 limits of trout & catch & release then. Couldn't find any reds unfortunately. Fished with Ray Sexton. Great friend & guide.

Got on the reds right away yesterday evening. Got an 18'' flounder for dinner this week. 8 reds total and the flat fish all on the black and white paddle tail. Also a tribute photo to F4F, that's too hard to do. Ill leave it to you lol.

Wrapped up the weekend of fishing this evening by bringing out the family. Kids and wife caught lots of fish….I got to play guide, which was fine with me. Lots of fish over the last three days, but most surprised was coming up on school of 20 or so solid ~25” trout in <12” of water and buddy was able to sight cast and land one. I never even tried to cast, just took in the moment.
