I don’t know how much he will contribute but I’m gettin a kick out of Andew Chafin - he reminds me of Lawrence, the neighbor in the movie “Office Space”

I couldn’t believe the Astros pitched to Seager in his last at bat. I would’ve walked him. Good times, for one night.

I told the wife the EXACT same thing. Tried too hard to to avoid Seager and left one out and got piped. Bat flip was a good one. On to the next one.

I’ve been yelling it for a year and a half, Josh Smith is a freaking ball player. It’s going to be increasingly difficult to hang onto him with Seager/Semian/Young blocking his way. I know we’re all used to 1st basemen being 6’3”…but you can’t tell me JS wouldn’t be a better 1st base than Lowe with an off season to learn it.

It may be that his highest value is as a trade piece, and that sucks.

I’d be down w/ J. Smith at 1st. See: Don Mattingly, among others. Remember the Ranger Great Pat Putnam? 😂 There have been more than a few first basemen who were not so tall. I’m tired of watching N. Lowe hit opposite field singles.

If height is so important, maybe you swap Josh Jung to first and let Smith field 3rd.

As I recall, he did pretty well over there.

If they all are healthy, that would be a pretty awesome infield.

What a game, saw it live from section 20, brought home another foul ball as well. Those two bombs by Seager & Smith were epic.
Wish I was attending the entire series but I have to travel to work tonight. We need a sweep bad and good winning streak. Finish strong 💪🏼
