Why the hell did they pull Gray after 6 shut out after 72 pitches?? That was weird! Josh Smith continues to be the MVP of this team, and Langford is finding his stroke. Should have Carter back soon, Jung this week, and Scherzer tomorrow…get hot NOW, please..

I mean, they went 13-15 over the month before their current 4-game win streak, but im sure it seemed really good compared to how they started the season. The rangers are a whole half game back of the Astros and on a 3-game win streak. Does that mean they haven’t had kind of a sucky season so far?

When Jung comes back what will they do with smith he has to be in the lineup.

Smith probably goes to ‘Super Utility’ role ala M. Young and IKF a few years ago. I’d like to see him at short a couple of times a week to save wear and tear on Seager. Doubtful that will happen.

I would imagine Jung Will DH a little when he first gets back, then I’d do exactly as you described. I don’t care if he hast to play centerfield, he’s got to be in the lineup. I’m trying to remember if he’s ever played first base…

Josh will DH just like he did yesterday and relieve folks when needed....his bat will be in the lineup daily in whatever role.

Thankfully we don't have an overpaid hitter that can't play in the field and the DH role is open for a guy like him after Jung gets back in the field.
