Schloss and crew tearing it up!

BREAKING: #Texas lands a HUGE commitment from @TreyRangel03
, the No. 1 pitcher in the nation for 2026 per the @BaseballAmerica rankings. Rangel (The Colony HS) visited Austin recently and chose the #Longhorns over the #Aggies, #OkSt and many, many more.

Aggies land #4 player in the state out of Pearland. Ags now have 5 of the top 10.

But we were told our program was dead after losing the old coach. Hum…….

Since it is name and likeness versus scholarship type money, I would think it has to be taxed as normal income like we regular less talented humans.

Most college grads in the real world won’t make that in the first 10 -15 years in the workforce. Think I read, she wants to go to Vet school so that works out well. Degrees can open doors, but people make money and moves. Back to baseball.

Sounds like you have an energy baron whose wife played softball at Tech and they stepped up.

    TEX fans are hilarious.
Have you seen the string of talent Schloss has picked up recently?....And this yesterday by the Arm Farm?

Texas baseball coach Jim Schlossnagle and pitching coach Max Weiner continue to overhaul the Longhorn pitching staff. Their latest addition to the 2025 roster is former USC commit Dylan Volantis, who was one of the top high school pitchers available in the 2024 MLB Draft.

I mean it is so much we aren't even listing it all because it is so common. On the flipside, you have ChaseThis scouring TexAgs talking about keeping players he already had....

And for the record...I didn't bring up the softball deal. I just joined in. But we all know if Aggie softball was anything near to relevant, you would be pulling out your j-jar about them where you could...
