          I ended up doing Murph late Monday evening at the house. It was still 90+ degrees outside, and warmer in the garage. The pullup volume aggravated the tendonitis in my elbows a bit. I took a break yesterday but did a 50 minute base run this morning. I'm heading to Galveston for an oilfield fishing tournament on Thursday/Friday, so I'm not sure what work I'll be able to get in the next couple of days.

            From 198 down to 184...push ups aren't bothering me, but I can only get in 3 pull ups before my elbow cries uncle.

            It's amazing how much more enjoyable the morning walk can be with even a little drop in temp...it's been insanely hot / humid & recovery with the electrolytes is a must. Some people perspire, I sweat buckets.

            Had a little rain last nite & think it was in the 70's this am...first time in several days I didn't have to wring out my shirt. Summer is gonna suck.

                  Today was just a cardio day and knocked out a run.
                  • 7.1 miles in 67 mins with the best mile being 7'17". Maintained a sub 8 min mile for the first 4 miles.

                  A year ago I was pacing around 7' to 7'15" per mile and besting around 5'40" to 5'55" so goal is to get back to those numbers before summer is over

                      Figure it about time to start adding to this.

                      Coming off a motocross injury so getting things back going.

                      Ran my first mile last night to try my ankle out, felt good. 8:36. Got up today and put in 3.5mi at 8:48 average. Main goal is heart rate control between 150-160bpm.

                        Very slow paced Back and Bi's workout today as every muscle from the waist down is fried! That being said the pump was awesome. Chest and Tris tomorrow.

                                I've missed the last two weeks. The mast bathroom is finally complete with the exception of some towel rods, etc. I was in Fort Worth for the TDEM conference all last week so there was no chance to work out . I made it in this morning and got shoulders and arms done. We missed so much of the program that my wife found that we are starting over. LOL!

                                Lateral raise 3X25

                                Incline bicep curl 3X6
                                Spider curl 3X12
                                BB curl 3X25

                                Bodyweight dips 3X6
                                Skull crushers 3X12
                                Overhead rope extension 3X25

                                Then, for giggles I did:

                                Overhead cable curl 3X15
                                Cable pushdown 3X15

                                Hanging leg raise 3X12
                                Med ball crunch 3X12
