What do you use to clean your scope lenses?

I used a cheap lenses cloth to clean my lenses of two of my scopes. Next time out I noticed yellow fibers on the lenses. I tried a leupold lenses pen to remove the fibers. It turned the yellow fibers black. Don't want to use glass cleaners in fear of damaging the coatings. What the best thing to clean the lenses with?

I buy boxes of these lens wipes at Wal Mart. I keep a stack of them in my truck, at home and my hunting pack. I use them to clean everything from my glasses, camera and binocs, to the screen on my phone. Made by Zeiss and they are safe for any lens coatings. (as long as you don't scrub too hard, easy does it)

I know a fellow who repairs high dollar telescopes. Years ago he showed me how to clean all your glass.
Make a solution of 90% {91% alcohol} - 10% water - and 2 drops of clear dish soap. Put it into a spray bottle and:
Start by assuming the glass is covered in sand. Take the spray and spray the heck out of the glass washing away any particles. Shake off the excess and wipe dry with a kleenex.
Been doing this for 30 plus years.

I'll pick up some lenses wipes. I was thinking about using diluted vinegar. But wasn't sure.

Coffee filters do a great job! I keep a few in my pack. They have lots of uses.Cheap, disposable and mulitiuse like TP, filter water, tinder for starting a fire, cleaning glasses/lens, snack bowl if you happen to find some wild berries, or nuts, bandage packing. They are very handy if you hunt public land where you have to walk in miles to get to the good stuff.
