                          medium rare ribeye... ?

                          let me make a suggestion, ribeyes should be cooked to medium, that will render the fat, anything less and its still raw fat. Raw fat is nasty, Rendered fat is nector of the gods
                          Leaner cuts like New York strips are awesome @ medium rare due to far less fat.
