I'm wanting to find a lease in East Texas to hunt with my dad. Would honestly prefer something on the smaller side (less than 400 acres). Not looking for a trophy lease, but would like the opportunity to see some bucks. Hogs are a big plus. I'm mainly just looking for a place to spend some time with my dad. My parents have gone through a really rough few years, and dad doesn't have the money to devote to a lease anymore. I'll most likely be covering the expense for both of us. We'll both mainly bowhunt, but we still like to sit in rifle blinds together occasionally. It's been a while since we've had a place together, and words can't describe how much I miss the time I spent with him in the woods.
