Protecting fletching in hard bow cases

OK experts.... I am looking for some ideas as to how to protect my arrows fletching during transport in a hard bow case. I have a few ideas but looking for some more to feed off of. I just recently purchased a military grade SKB double bow case. It is great other than no real area to transport the arrows without compaction of the flectching!! Thanks in advance!!

Have you considered a separate arrow case? I know its a pain to carry more stuff but it would solve the problem.

I keep mine in a separate arrow case. It makes life easier because I can leave my broad heads on when I store them.

When flying I have to painstakenly turn each one just right. It takes me twice as long to pack the arrows as it does the rest of the case. If I'm staying local I carry them seperatly, usually leave them in my quiver and set them on the dash with the vanes not leaning on anything.

Man, and I thought I was the only one who was **** about my fletchings! My Vangaurd case has a spot for the arrows cut out of the foam. I still have to put one arrow with the point one direction and the next with the point the other direction and so forth. They are stacked in there nock to tip to nock to tip etc, and I turn the flectings so all the cock vanes stick out. My broadhead arrows stay inthe quiver and I hang the quiver from a hook in the closet. I don't travel other than in my truck, so I just put the quiver with arrows on the front seat with the fletchings hanging off the end of the seat towards the dash.

same here. my arrow case has holders for my arrows. i also alternate directions when i put them in. my case also has a spot for a quiver mount so i purchased a spare quiver mount and installed it in my case. my broadheads stay in the quiver, which mounted in my case.

I built an arrow case using 4" or 5" PVC pipe and end caps and then put in foam inserts to hold the arrows. It worked great when I flew to south africa. It held almost 2 doz arrows.

Thanks to all... I actually appreciate all the comments. I was looking to keep my arrows in my bow case. I posted on another website and someone suggested the arrow tote by easton. I will cut out the necessary foam and make it fit...

A cardboard tune with end caps will work. You would be surprised how many you can put in a small tube.

We give out an annual planning calendar and I have received about 50 of these tubes.
