Here we are on yet another TexasBowhunter.com Group Live Hunt, this one for
trophy hogs in South Texas! Stan Smiley, with 5 Star Hunting Service, is
our host on this exciting, mid summer meltdown in the heart of the South Texas
brush country! Eight other hunters will join Pro Staffers Glenn Lemke,
Casey Morris and me on what should prove to be another exciting adventure!
Our hunters will begin arriving Friday afternoon at the ranch, located on the
Rio Grande river northwest of Laredo. Our dedicated team will battle the
desert heat while attempting to outwit the elusive feral hog. As a bonus,
we will also have the opportunity to shoot javelina and various predators,
including bobcats, coyotes and perhaps even lions!
With a cast that will include TexasBowhunter.com discussion forum legends
such as Steve "Legdog" Leggett, Ben Stovall, Robert "River
Rat" Lee, Les "Texas Turkey" Tompkins, Rick "R.W."
Hale, as well as relative newcomers to the site, Bryan "TexasCutter"
Vickers, Ed "Lip" Lipscomb, Justin Miller and Brandon Miller, this
will certainly be one of our most exciting Group Live Hunts ever!
